Our team thrives on creating extraordinary events and sees them through to a spectacular conclusion. Although we are based in Rome and Tuscany we are hired for events all over Italy and worldwide.

Event Planning includes:

• Managing the planning process, developing the overall event vision
• Creativity/Integration across all aspects - design, music, food, photography etc.
• Making sure that the client’s voice is upheld throughout the process
• Venue and vendor selection, contract management
• Budget development and management
• Coordinating paper product design, production and mailing
• Managing logistics of vendor load-in, production and load-out
• Onsite day-of-event management procedures
• Managing flow/orchestration of all timing and details throughout
